These sessions are tailored to those who wish to receive in-depth herbal support and care, and are willing to commit to ongoing sessions to achieve the quality of life you are interested in acheiving.

Initial Consultation $130

This is a one hour initial appointment to start mapping your inner landscape, and access the quality of life you would like to lead. I will then take time to link together the threads you have given me, weaving them into a tapestry with your next visits.
In our bespoke clinic we will go through traditional herbal diagnostic techniques, and an in-depth consultation, which will help evaluate your specific constitution and the plants that will best support you. We will be mapping your physical, emotional and psycho-spiritual terrain using both traditional western herbal and biomedical approaches, weaving the modern day science with time-honoured vernacular to bring a true holistic understanding of your context.

We will then prepare your herbal remedies, teaching you how you can best support and nourish yourself through botanical applications and lifestyle practices.

It is suggested that during the commencement of this process you commit to a bi-weekly session of 30-45mins, to build understanding & accountability to the process.
